I am delighted you are considering joining our Sprowston Sixth Form. If you elect to join us I know that every member of our school community – governors, teachers, supporting adults – will do their utmost to ensure that trust is rewarded.

Our Sprowston Sixth Form is an exciting place. We will commit to excellence in all areas … especially in ensuring that students are happy, healthy and safe; loved, valued and respected … and have high aspirations for their future. Students will play a key role in shaping our Sixth Form. Although our Sixth Form has unique features, it is built on strong foundations of the main school. I understand what an important decision you have to make.

I very much hope that you decide to be part of Sprowston Sixth Form which will provide you at 18 years old with an excellent base from which to take your life to the next stage.

Sixth Form Update

I am delighted that I have been appointed as Head of Sixth Form from September 2013 and I am excited about what the future holds for us!

The vision I have for a successful Sprowston Sixth Form is achievement for all students by setting high standards for learning in an environment where they feel supported. To do this I would use the 2 biggest assets; the staff and the students. I believe that the Sixth Form should be the heartbeat of this school with the students setting the best example to the lower years the ethos that ‘working hard you’ll achieve your best’.

Under my leadership as Head of Sixth Form I would try my best to inspire, engage and pursue excellence for the Sprowston Sixth to enable our students to achieve their best.
