The Apprentice Reward Strategy

The Apprentice ‘You’re Fired’ reward strategy was launched this term. The principle is simple, at the end of each week every student who has achieved the four targets listed below will have their name placed into a prize draw for an ‘Ipod’.

1. Arrive at school on time every day of the week.

2. Maintain 100% attendance.

3. Get their journal signed.

4. Behave in form time.

Students will have up to 6 opportunities to get their name added into the draw, giving them a greater chance of winning. The purpose of the strategy is to recognise and champion those students who strive to achieve the basic standards which are vital to academic progress and yet so easily overlooked.

The winner will be announced in the Christmas Celebration Assembly.
