Anti-Bullying - Year 8 Peer Mentors

At Sprowston Community High School, we pride ourselves in the steps we take to challenging bullying at all levels.  Therefore, I have been really pleased to be able to offer Peer Mentor Training for some of our Year 8 students.  Organised by Victim Support (a national charity that supports victims of crime) the selected students will be trained to work as mentors for other students.  I was overwhelmed by the number of students that expressed an interest in undertaking the training and unfortunately was only able to offer the training to some of those who applied.  I believe this will be a great asset to our year groups and I look forward to seeing our students mature into positions of responsibility within the school:
