Get the best results from the following exam preparation:
- Don't panic as last minute flapping will do you no good at all
- Plan ahead for each topic
- Stock up on textbooks, notes, pens, paper, sticky notes
- Hit the ground running by starting your revision in the morning with the subjects you find most challenging
- The Knowledge Nightcap: commit a few quotes and formulae to memory before going to bed
- Post it notes should be used on cupboard and fridge doors with reminder lists of verb endings, date sequences, etc
- Give yourself a break by having 15 minutes every 45 minutes of revision
- Reward yourself with your favourite food, film, music
- Go off line: switch your mobile off and stop texting and tweeting, and also Facebook
- Don't despair: ask for help from your tutor, class teacher, friend, family member
