Reporting Your Child's Absence

If your child is going to be absent from school please inform us as early as possible in the school day. The Reporting your Child's Absence page provides full details of how to do so.

Providing Feedback

It is important to the school that parents, carers and other members of our school community are able to provide constructive feedback on the service our school provides.

If you have a comment you would like to share about lessons the most appropriate person to contact would be the subject teacher or Head of Faculty. They can be contacted via the school office (01603 485226).

If your comment is related to the pastoral care of your child, the most appropriate person to contact would be the child's tutor. You can make contact via Mrs Tina Gent the Student Liaison Officer (01603 485226).

If you feel your comment or query has not been satisfactorily dealt with, please contact the school office who will arrange for one of the school leadership team to review your query.

If you remain unsatisfied with the response you may choose to contact the school governors. The Chair of Governors is Fiona Hardman who may be contacted through the school office.

The school abides by the Norfolk County Council guidelines for dealing with complaints. A copy of which is available from the school office.
