Black History Month: Special Performances for all Year 7 and 9 students

This month is Black History Month and on Thursday 15th October we will be having two special year group performances by the popular Grass Roots Theatre Company from Zimbabwe.

Year 7s Period 2

After registering with their normal lesson teacher Period 2 all Year 7 students will be escorted to the school hall to see a special performance by the Grassroots Theatre Company which celebrates different cultural communities in Zambia through music, dance and performance.

Year 9s Period 3

After registering with their normal lesson teacher Period 3 all Year 9 students will be escorted to the school hall to see a special performance by the Grassroots Theatre Company which uses dance, drama and music to develop students understanding of fair trade and its links to Citizenship.
