Grassroots Theatre Company Visit - October 2010

Last year’s performances by the Grassroots Theatre Company proved so successful with our students that we are inviting them back again to help us celebrate Black History Month in October. We have just received confirmation that the Company will be visiting our school on October 4th to perform their uplifting music and dance which celebrates different cultural communities in Zimbabwe.

The performances will explore the themes of equality and fair-trade which have direct curriculum links to Citizenship, Geography, History, Health & well-being and Spiritual, Moral Social Cultural Education. Further details of curriculum activities and opportunities linked to our visiting performance companies will be available later in the year.
